So after my post-appointment entry, I did indeed crash for a spell ... and slept through the alarm I had set. At 20:00, I was trying to decide whether I was up to standing up to play bass, even with anniemal driving (assuming we could solve the bass+poodle in one car problem). She said I didn't look well. She was right. At 21:20 I was feeling really bad -- fall-down dizzy, major headache, queasy.

Tired of this. So tired of this. I hope the beta blocker prevents this crap once it builds up to a useful level in my blood, 'cause I need a break. I ain't felt right since August.

Still feeling really shaky despite medications (but in less pain now).
