Bill Maher:   We all got very excited by the rhetoric -- remember the fierce urgency of now, and the audacity of hope -- so he gives a great speech ... but you know, Muhammad Ali had a great way with words; it helped a great deal that once in a while he punched somebody in the face. And that's what I would like this president to do, is punch somebody in the face.
 
David Letterman:   Figuratively.
 
Bill Maher:   No, literally. I would like him to take a swing at John Boehner -- I would like him to stop listening to these crazies, stop trying to placate them.
