Can I ask what all changes you made on your profile, iffn you are willing / able to say?
Also... I'm pretty sure I know what Dreamwidth is (of course), and LJ (LiveJournal), Scribbld (I think, never looked at it), Twitter of course, Facebook, Flickr, DKos would be DailyKos, Pinterest, HuffPo is Huffington Post, and LinkedIn and Slashdot of course (not all of those sites I too have or had a profile on)...
But, if you can say, what are Blurty, IJ, DJ, JF, Shutterchance I guess is a photography site like Flickr...
Oh, and don't forget Blogger (which the G-plex bought), and MySpace... There's also Orkut. Multiply is dead / going to be dead, apparently. And there's the various dating sites, OKC and Match and the like, and the various niche social networking sites... Oh, and if you're doing LinkedIn, you might want to update any profile on Monster, CareerBuilder, Dice, et al.
