If I can type on a different QWERTY keyboard with each hand at the same time (commands on one, email on the other), why can't I split my hands like that when I try to play piano?

I just heard "Foreplay" (by Boston -- you may know it as "the intro to 'Long Time'") on the radio. Funny thing about that tune... I always remember I like it a lot, but even when I hum it or play fragments on the guitar, I never remember how very much I like it until I hear it on the radio again. I'm always a little surprised, each time I hear it, by just how much I like it.
Taking a break, with a bowl of vegetable curry (Pirate Feast leftovers) over rice and a mug of Greek coffee (decaf) in front of me.
