Short and random 'cause I lack the attention span for a longer entry and can't remember what I wanted to post...

I did make it to 3LF last night, which meant a long-delayed announcement could finally be made: I have stepped down as music director; maugorn is now the music director and silmaril is now assistant music director. I am not leaving the group, just stepping down as music director.

It took a while for trees in Baltimore to decide to change colour (many are still green, but enough have changed for it to count). Yesterday when I went to move my car from one side of the street to the other, in front of the door there was a small maple leaf ... in perfect bubble-gum pink.

anniemal's mother is cool.

I am not sure why it pleases me quite as much as it does to hear "The Motorcycle Song" (The Origin of the Pickle) on the radio in the car. But it does.
