I guess I should be counting my blessings and being glad I was able to get out to two things in two days -- on time to Monday's gig, and to more than half of last night's rehearsal -- instead of being surprised and upset about not feeling well enough to do diddly today. Especially given my body's recent pattern of needing a day or so to recover after each day that I get things done, and after the warning signs my body gave me when I got home last night.
Will focus on composing and coding and other things I can interrupt for a nap at any moment, and try to rest. Maybe tomorrow I'll have recovered the spoons I used up Monday and Tuesday. If the calendar would just slow down to my body's pace, I could cope so much better with this. Need to get to post orifice, among other errands.
Still clumsy today. Spilled about a cup and a half of sugar on the floor. Hope I got it all up. Not looking forward to having ants tell me otherwise. Think I got it all.
Oh, and if you're watching television news on a Baltimore station right now, and looking at arial views of the garage fire in southweat Baltimore, I can hear and see the television helicopters from here. I can't tell whether the smudge in the end-of-sunset colours is smoke from the fire or just a dark spot in the clouds though.
