"2: Make sure every kid has access to the Internet. Help the Afghans put up their very own geosynchronous communications satellite if you have to and send military advisors back to help build solar power collectors and receiver dishes. Every isolated village will be able to plug in at their own level and on their own power.

"The country will improve itself inside of a decade."
