(Personally, at 30 °C I consider it too hot
for clothing indoors but outdoor I might consider it a comfortable
summer day or might agree with

depending on humidity, lack of breeze, exertion, etc. Also, I've
often got my coat off at 5 °C unless it's really windy, short
sleeves likely at 10 or 15 °C. But I can tell from the looks
I get that my handling of cooler temperature is atypical. *shrug*)
