For the first time in ... well I can look it up later because I keep a sleep log, but I can say off the top of my head it's been weeks ... I got nearly eight hours of sleep. And while I didn't wake up feeling Absolutely Rested And Refreshed, I did wake up feeling like I'd slept (and I must say that I am at least somewhat refreshed), which is a welcome change.

Thing is, it was from a little after 11:00 to a bit before 19:00 today.

Hey, maybe I'll actually make it to both my rehearsals this week?

Woke up once or twice briefly in the middle, of course, and had (have) quite an assortment of aches and twinges and such in various places on waking, but it's still better than I've been in quite a while now. I have to wonder, as I have in the past, how much better I'd sleep if I a time-release version of Ultram (non-narcotic pain med) were available.
