It's sorted out: The Homespun Ceilidh Band will perform at Balticon from 3PM to 4PM on Saturday afternoon. So I'll be at the con Saturday afternoon/evening at the very least. Not sure about Friday night yet -- I've got something scheduled for this morning that'll throw my sleep schedule off (okay, it'll toss out what faint hope there was of re-establishing a sleep schedule), so I don't know how I'll be feeling come evening. Sunday I've got a social event elsewhere tugging at me that I haven't decided whether to go to yet. I've completely lost track of a dinner invitation (I'll grep /var/spool/mail/dglenn for it later). And I don't know whether I'm crashing or commuting. But I shall be at Balticon at least some of the time. And looking forward to seeing a bunch of you, at least once I've had a chance to calm down after the concert.
Y'all who're attending the con, come hear us play.
I lost a chunk of today to migraine (they've been awfully frequent lately, and I don't like that at all) but did make it to Bowie to show proofs of the wedding photos. And be treated to Chinese food.
I'm convinced that at any outdoor daytime wedding, at least one roll of Kodak HIE (black and white infrared film) should be used.
I plan to post something more coherent than this a dozen hours or so from now, but I'm not making any promises. Might not get around to anything until after Balticon. (Hmm. Okay, there are enough quotes in the QotD queue that the script won't run out anytime soon...)
