You should be able to withdraw money from your account by just ahnding the teller your ID and a withdrawal slip with the account number on it. I know my bank has my signature on file in the computer and can call it up in just a few seconds to verify it. Also if you explain to the bank that you are out of checks, they can probably give you a few temporary ones until you order more.
If the bank wont let you take your own money out, it's time to find a new bank.
