Isn't that the truth? I've caught hell exactly once in my entire life for my relatively butch dressing habits (which come and go.)
Funniest part of that was I was 20 at the time and wearing a top so diaphanous that my mom fresked when we picked it out. It was shades of lovely cerulean blue with taupe and beige.......can't believe I remember all that.
