Remember my prediction yesterday that I'd have a good day? Not exactly a challenging prediction, so no surprise that I was right. But I've pushed myself too hard the past couple of days -- I just woke after fitful sleep interrupted by various muscle pains, and I feel like crap. So I'll write how wonderful yesterday was (marred only by my mother's understandable disappointment at my failure to show up in the morning, and a late headache) when I'm feeling better.

Because of my failure to make it to breakfast and some miscommunication / wrong guesses, there's stuff waiting for me at Mom's house, and I said I'd go out there today. Fortunately, I'm just expected there sometime today, not at any particular time, 'cause the way I feel right now I'm not getting behind the wheel of a car. The way I feel right now, getting as far as the shower would be a challenge. So I'm going to either watch or sleep through the Ravens game (currently tied early in the second quarter [Steelers went up by a field goal while I was writing this]) and try to gather my strength, and hope I'm up to driving to Bowie this evening.
