I'm failing to see the problem here. Whether you like it or not (which I guess would depend on what day it is, the phase of the moon, the alignments of the stars, and the neap tides, I suppose), you're still biologically male, and a lot of people don't make any (or much) distinction between someone who is biologically male and someone who performs the gender "man."
Semantically in that context, anyhow, it would sound kind of strange to call it "Male Health Centre," but that's just an English-speaking thing, I suspect.
