The sad thing is that a lot of people at the time said "Ol' Pat Henry has done gone around the bend! I'm so glad that his father isn't here to see what foolishness his boy is up too..."

Most of the population didn't agree with P. Henry & Co. Most of the population today wouldn't agree with him (other than lip service...).

Sigh.
