Although David Baltimore is worthy of praise. At the Yale meeting of the association I work for two Octobers ago, I got the luck to be seated next to him at one of the dinner tables (I may be a peon in this organization, but even the peons on our program staff get to dine with the Presidents twice a year. It's one of the better perks of my job...). He is _fascinating_ to have a conversation with - I believe the talk went from politics to space travel to the possibility of transplanting human brains into cyborg bodies.
