An idle mind is the ... well, something.

One of those random thoughts that popped into my head, and I figured I'd just come right out and ask. But since I'd feel self-conscious bringing it up in conversation, I'll ask by way of an LJ poll...

...Though I'm thinking I'd probably get a more statistically-interesting sample if there were a way for people to answer polls here anonymously. ("Results can be viewed by nobody" actually means "nobody except the poll's creator".) Sure, I've got plenty of verbally-exhibitionisic friends, but what about the rest of you?

Fortunately the topic isn't anything important, so the only harm will be my own curiosity going incompletely satisfied. I'll set the thing up so that only I can see the individual answers, so the more exhibitionistic of you will need to leave a comment if you really want to broadcast your answers. (Feel free, if so inclined.)

And don't spent too much time trying to figure out why I was wondering -- I have randomish thoughts like this all the time on all sorts of topics. This is just one I decided to bother saying aloud. :-)
