Well, tahini is generally used more as a condiment than as a main ingredient like peanut butter, so you don't get quite the same amount of fat & carbs you get from pb.

Wonder how it stacks up against mayo.

Damn, now I want a gyro, and I'm miles away from any decent Greek food. Thanks a lot.
