The weather is doing a number on me, too. I shifted my knees a little to the side this AM and got a shot of pain with it. I tried to think if I had been on my feet a lot, and no, I spent a lot of time driving yesterday but very little standing.
Good thing my only plans for today are laundry, laundry, and more laundry, and the weather has my sons staying home today (I'll let them carry the clothes up and down the stairs for me).
