Dealing with the courts is always so much fun. At least it sounds like they didn't waste too much of your time... when I went to court for my name change, I ended up waiting for about two hours before I got called. And since I'm a restless sort of person, this enforced waiting and being on good behavior without any sort of amusements is tantamount to torture.

Hopefully the defendent will run out of excuses or the judge will get tired of listening to him trying to postpone it yet again...
