I'll double check with Tim, but I think he puts it in through the back door and rests it flat (as apposed to upright on the soundbox). I also have not seen him transport both the harp and the wolfhounds but I know he manages somehow because he takes all three (and camping equipment) to Ren Faires all over SoCal. And Tim is not a small man. He's almost as tall as Brent is.
