I meant to post this earlier in the week, but I've been distracted by the whole car-shopping thang:

Tomorrow, Saturday, 28 April 2007, The Homespun Ceilidh Band will be performing at the Celtic Festival of Southern Maryland at Jefferson Patterson Park and Museum. in St. Leonard, MD. We'll be on the Pub Stage at 14:00.

The festival runs from 10:00 to 18:00; admission is: $12 for Adults, $5 for Children ages 6-12, Free for ages 5 and under, $44 for groups of 4 adults. It's a pretty nifty festival on a nice site, and if you check out the entertainment schedule you'll see a few other familar (or ought-to-be-familiar) names besides us.

AFAIK, I'll be there; I've just got a couple of transportation details I'm still sorting out.... I hope to see a few familiar faces there as well.

Are actually going or are you having to bow out due to the car issues?

I'll be there. There was a hiccup (okay, more than a hiccup, though the 'hic' sound effect may be annoyingly a propos), but it's been worked around.

I'll keep an eye out for the artist you mentioned earlier. No promises, as I tend to not get to everything else when I've got a performance, but I'll try to keep my eyes open.

Thank you. If you and the rest of the HCB can have a gander, it would be great. If the artist is no longer producing or doing shows, so be it, but I hope that they are. From what I remember, their pieces were amazing and they are just the thing for Cal & Lynn for Christmas...

I didn't see a stone carver there, sorry. I did remember to look.

We'll be doing a demo on the Dance Stage at 4:30 p.m. Not sure when we'll be arriving or how long we'll be staying, but we'll look for you there!

Argh -- I got distracted in the post-performance winding-down and lost track; I'd wanted to catch your set. :-(

Call or write me about the car thing, ok? I've got the wrong # for you.

May I pretty please snag it? I'd be happy to give you credit.

We have a 17 y.o. white cat. We also got to host the black mama of our tabby point Siamese while her people were getting divorced. Unfortunately, the black & white cats never got friendly enough to snuggle.
