I had already been a vegetarian for a long time before I first encountered a situation where haggis was served, so no, I've been excused from tasting it. I did have something billed as "vegetarian haggis" (not bad but I'm not sure how meaningfully it compares to actual haggis) at a wedding reception. And I was given a can of vegetarian haggis that appears to be something different from the freshly prepared stuff at the aforementioned wedding ... I'm still working up my nerve to try it.
