This might be old news but have you looked at Flexcar? They have cars up near Druid Park, which isn't exactly close to you but it's still in Baltimore.
A part of town I'd be asking for a ride to, actually (though I should see if I can sort out how to get there by bus ... not that it would be fun coming back uber-late on mass transit after driving back from rehearsal late at night, but it might be ... possible).
