I know it promises to be a hassle with instruments, but there's a MARC station in College Park. I've ridden MARC to Baltimore for Balticon when it's at the Inner Harbour, and I've got to say that for using public transportation carrying alot of crap, it's amazingly accomodating, easy, and comfortable.
