Okay, pushing myself yesterday cost me most of today, but after my most recent few-hours nap I'm finally feeling more awake and alert than I have all week. *whew* So my tentative plan for today didn't happen, but I'm now, this late in the day, finally starting to catch up on stuff that I'd meant to have done six to eight days ago. (Obviously, I'm not going to get all caught up in one evening, but it feels nice to be moving in the right direction.)

Now as long as the funky-ass sleep timing of the past few days doesn't mean that I'll be awake all night and asleep all day tomorrow ...

I was reading a post yesterday and it seem like you might be on MD MA (medical assitance or Medikaid or something like that)? If so they should be able to provide you with medical transportation. Also there is likely same kinda of paratransport provided as well that is sepreate from the medical transport. Though paratransport does not require MA. Please let me know if you want me to chase these.

MD-PAC (Maryland Primary Adult Care), apparently being administrated by some firm a few states away, and I keep getting inconsistent answers as to what is and isn't covered. A local friend had mentioned state- or city-provided transportation that I might be able to use, and then I completely forgot about looking into how it works. Whoops.
