Do you have Building 19 stores down there? Or rather something equivalent? Big Lots? Ocean State Job Lots? If you do have something similar, I suggest checking them out for blue tarps. I just bought a 15 x 20 blue tarp for $10. The bigger ones I believe topped out at around $35.
