Ooh, you have Trans 101 links! Please link? I'm cisgendered and trying to be a good ally to transfolk and getting confused by the various terminologies (i read 'cisgender transman' as a descriptor in an article somewhere and my brain seized up).

Right here, the right margin, toward the bottom.

"Cisgender trans man" means a trans man who identifies within the binary - as a man. It doesn't mean that he has access to cisgender privilege, but it does mean his gender identity is one of the options that society in general considers valid (even if society still considers his particular identity to be invalid).
