Incessant work discussions whenever boss is not there

Cell phone wars (just about all), frequently initiated by N
Arguments/plotting about certifications (almost all)
N telling A how she should be a better vegan (he's a carnivore)
Online games recounting (D, N, R)
Social network dilemmas (D, R)
Social networks are bad (J)
The awfulness of other countries (J): food, product quality, outsourcing, etc.
N trying to start "humourous" arguments about how anyone is wrong over anything. Latest example is acronyms v. abbreviations
Movies, TV shows (R)
Marijuana legalization pro and con (N, A, J, D, R, ...)

I get sucked into some of these sometimes, but try to stick with my headphones.
