HCB Gigs This Sunday and Two Saturdays Later

Anyone looking for something fun to do on Sunday?

The Homespun Ceilidh Band will be performing at the Virginia Scottish Games in Great Meadow Park (The Plains, VA) on Sunday, 4 September 2011, starting at approximately 1:30 PM (specifically, after the fiddle competition ends), for about an hour in the Fiddle Tent. Get there a little early, in case the our start time gets moved up a little. [Admission to the Games: adult both days, $30; adult one day, $20; children 5-12, $5; children under 5, free. Event goes from 8:30 AM to 6:00 PM.]

We'll also be performing a little closer to home two weeks later, on Saturday, 17 September 2011, outdoors near the Royal Mile Pub in Wheaton, MD.

Bring your camcorders and send us a copy of your videos afterward!
