If you're a "can't have any capsaicin at all" person, you'll need to figure out some substitution for the chili pepper.

Suggestions?

Also, beyond the capsaicin issue, I learned recently that peppers & all other nightshades aggravate chronic inflammation, such as occurs in fibromyalgia. The only one I regularly consumed was potatoes; now that I've mostly cut them out too, it seems to make a difference for the better.
