The weather is getting colder and the days are getting shorter -- shouldn't my cat's coat be coming in instead of coming out?
Perrine just jumped up on my thigh and made "pay attention to me" gestures, responded approvingly to scritching, and left a clump of grey fur on my black skirt, already felted into a little lint-mouse, all in the space of twenty to thirty seconds. I thought that was a spring/summer trick. Power-shedding, a feline super-power (how many points is that worth in GURPS?).
Her coat does feel thick and soft. Cat-spit must be a really great conditioner.
And my oh my what sharp toes she has. Time to trim those claws, I guess.
