[Today is National Coming Out Day. Coming out seems to be less of a big deal nowadays in a general, abstract sense, but it can still be a huge thing personally, and not everyone can afford to, or feels they can afford to come out. There's been progress; there's room for more. Visibility is still important. Me, I'm a trans woman who loves women. People don't assiciate me with closets, but not everyone has been kept up to date on shifts in my identity, status, and presentation, so here I am: this is me, Daphne-who-was-d'Glenn. I'm not above using Coming-Out Day as catching-up day. :-) ]
