"Instep" is the top of the foot over the arch, but doesn't include the top of the rest of the foot-- I'm not sure whether that matters.

For reasons which aren't clear to me, I don't care if I have a word for the whole top of my foot, but I'd love to have a word for the side on the inside edge.
