But it doesn't make monsters of us all. Some of us can usually remain polite and calm under pressure, and this is highly desireable in high-pressure jobs. I'd rather HR NOT be dismissive of rudeness as something everyone does. Such an HR dept. is unlikely to help employees who are being bullied.
