Moving furniture was not on today's agenda.
But Perrine said there was a mouse under the dresser.
Of course, when I moved the dresser, the mouse ran out in a different direction than Perrine was looking...
So now she thinks it has just gotten better at hiding under there,
and doesn't believe me when I try to tell her that it ran under the radiator.

Maybe she'd believe my eyes and ears are good enough to have seen where the mouse went if I was another cat? But then I couldn't have moved the dresser for her.
