That reminds me of the time when I was working in a restaurant, and when things were slow, the bartender would tell jokes to the waitresses. Most of these jokes were racist, and since I thought it was important that white people tell other white people that racism is not acceptable, every time the bartender told a racist joke, I said, "That is NOT funny!"

What happened? The bartender told those jokes only when I wasn't around, and the other waitresses saw me as a killjoy.
