I'm not sure I follow the logic

If I understand this correctly, some hyperpriveleged cishet men not being sexually harassed by another hyperpriveleged cishet man causes them to conclude he doesn't harass people at all, even though they are not his gender of preference and the complaining victims are?

Isn't that like poor people complaining about not being mugged, since they don't have anything to steal?
