Definitely. Dani and I went to a casino once. We decided what our budget was for an evening's entertainment, and that's what we spent. I figured we got passing entertainment comparable to going to dinner and a movie.
Lottery tickets, though, aren't that entertaining; you don't *do* anything. I've bought exactly one, when the Powerball was at $1.6 *billion*, because I figured the fantasies were worth the two bucks. Usually, though, I have better ways to spend my entertainment budget.
