Just today, I was listening to an old episode of The Magnificast (leftist Christian podcast), about how Huey Newton (Black Panthers) was talking about mysticism (if not in those terms) and how the hymn goes "Just a Closer Walk With Thee", as in, walk, not necessarily talk.
