In the diaspora, Jewish festivals are traditionally observed for two days (for historical calendral uncertainty). This is called "yom tov sheni" -- "sheni" means "second".

One November, geekish friends of mine were facing complicated arrangements for the American festival, so they had Thanskgiving and then Thansksgiving sheni, and that is how they described it. :-)
