I feel that. I don't know, for me it's about seeing the people that I don't get to see the rest of the year, and this year I can't do that, and I'm hugely resentful.

Yeah, this. This is my time of year to REach Out and Check In with everyone, and the atmosphere is so oppressive people can't reach back. My metaphorical hands are empty.
