Argh -- they locked/protected their account after I collected that quote, possibly because they got dogpiled for it or something (hard to tell why, now). Alas, some folks do that, some auto-delete tweets more than a wek old, etc. Worth trying again in a few hours just in case they're one of the few who lock their account when they go to bed, but more likely they got hounded into locking it. sigh
