"I've spoke to a few old friends that aren't on Twitter recently. None of them knew what Long COVID was. They just knew of people that hadn't totally recovered after being infected. They didn't know there were better masks than the blue medical ones. Public health has failed us.

"As much as I've assumed that people were intentionally not masking in every scenario to be malicious, it seems that tons of people simply don't have the information needed to protect themselves properly & many just don't understand how dangerous COVID actually is."

[I know not enough people are getting good COVID-19 information from mainstream media -- nor from govornment sources, at least in Anglophone countries -- but it'd be interesting to compare how different communities on social media sites are doing about spreading good informaion.]
