Just decaf. I occasionally use caffeine or theophylline to help with a migraine, but even then I complain about the side effects.
I'm not above a bit of mac&cheese, Thai noodles from a box, boil-in-pouch Indian food, etc. (though I need to be mindful of carbohydrate content). Though I feel I really ought to cook more from scratch, stuff like that (and frozen foods) really come in handy when I'm feeling too crappy to spend the time. (Similarly for cereals -- convenient, enjoyable, but have to be careful of quantity & timing to mind my blood sugar. Popcorn seems to have a halfway decent how-filling:carb-content ratio, probably due to being fluffy. Oh, and oddly enough, I get a bigger blood sugar spike from oats than from most other grains even though oats are better for most people (fortunately I like wheat and corn better than oats anyhow).) When money gets low, my diet constricts to cheddar and peanut butter and yogurt, and less of the more interesting food.
My favourite tea is decaf Earl Grey (nobody ever seems to say "de-theophyllined" even though "decaffeinated" isn't quite accurate, huh?), but there are various herbal teas I like as well (and some other real teas besides the Earl Grey, but I'm not fond of green teas, nor Lapsang Souchong.) When going for the theophylline deliberately, even plain ol' Lipton pekoe will do.
And I'm still in the same place as a few years ago, on Lombard St.
Not at my most coherent at the moment ...
