Hi Glenn (and anyone else who is peeking in), I think I've probably drilled it in to you that there really is a cure for fibromyalgia and any residuals that remain can be controlled. As you know, it lies in the realm of myofascial release (www.myofascialrelease.com) and yet the process is deeper and perhaps more complex than one might suspect - and yet so simple and universal. I speak for myself and for others I have met. Most of the pain and suffering is unnecessary and if you dedicate yourself to a patient practice of yoga, meditation, and pranayama ("breathing") - it will happen. I've discovered a stress vacuum that just sucks it away in meditation and prana - especially with a good teacher. Especially for me, the yoga practice must be very mindful of mechanics and "plugged in" to grace. Rather than searching for something and analyzing what is wrong - look for the good and find ways to make it better. There is so much more to this - yoga is HUGE and EXPANSIVE. Try www.anusara.com for a taste. Peace, Ruth
