the additional dizzy/drugged feelings may be allergies - especially snce you'v noticed an increased use of albuterol. Albuterol is basically an "excitotoxin" and so it should cause some excitability/jitteriness in a normal person. However, it amazes me how many albuterol users I know who report no jitteriness (as their hands shake).

Suggestions:
1- use a saline solution to clean out your nasal passages.
2-use nasylcrom (I have some for you) to prevent histamine release.
3-try "fire-breathing". Sit calmly and comfortably. Notice how deeply you are breathing just naturally. Notice how much of your capacity you are using. Exhale and inhale about half-capacity. Then produce 7 to 10 consecutive exhales using your diaphragm. Push to get every last bit of breath out (without making yourself feel like you're going to lose consciousness). Then do a nice, comfortable large inhale and return to your normal breathing rhythm for a few breaths before repeating. Typically a yogi will perform about 20 exhalations... but one should work up to this. High blood pressure is contraindicated, however it should be OK as long as you only do 7-10 exhalations and don't push yourself. Also stop if you feel presssure behind your eyes.

Be well!
