Yah, despite the frustratingly long wait to see a doctor (Kaiser says to call for an appointment for Urgent Care if possible in order to be seen more quickly -- I did so and still waited hours), I was very much relieved to be told the amazingly painful condition was something simple and treatable. Though it was a little bit unnerving to see the bit in the product insert for the ointment that said, "If you use this product for too long it can cause cataracts."
As posted a couple of days ago (at least I think I remembered to post it), thanks to the ointment, the pink eye got better. Then I had to recover from the irritation the ointment caused, which I seem to have mostly done.
Now I just have to beat a migraine down to a level that'll let me finish my current assignment for work.
