I've been battling a headache for the last two days (doesn't feel quite like a migraine, but it doesn't seem to want to go away).

Consequently, I missed Homespun Ceilidh Band rehearsal for, uh, I think the third time in a row, because even though I rested Wednesday afternoon specifically trying to be well enough to go, I never felt well enough to drive that far. This is really not good.

I just got email from someone I'd exchanged email with a few days earlier, whom I met in person recently and want to keep in touch with, and completely failed to recognize her email address, so I wound up asking, "Who are you?" ... then I grepped my mail spool and realized who she was and felt amazingly foolish.

I was supposed to try to meet with someone this evening and completely blanked on it until after midnight.

I'm falling further and further behind on my email again. And not sleeping well.

So I might or might not ever get around to describing the more interesting and even fun stuff I keep meaning to write, depending on how much time I have for LiveJournal when I feel better again. I'll try to find short things to write about that I can handle while I'm still headachy.

I had a few headaches like that over the summer. I eventually tracked them down to the preservatives in lunch meat. Blah. It's either sulfides or phosphates that are munching me. Anything changed in your eating habits recently?

Hmm. I had a spell of just not eating very much because I kind of ran out of groceries, but then two friends bought me groceries about a week apart, and after that I got a little money I was owed and picked up a little more food, and so I've been eating again ...

Haven't noticed any patterns WRT diet, so far. But I'm looking.
