Okay, maybe I should've asked this before I stuck it in the oven ... a friend who bought me some groceries this week got me a "Spanish pumpkin". It seems to be taking a lot longer to cook than a more familiar pumpkin or any of the other winter squashes I'm used to. How long does this thing want to be baked for?

Sho' 'nuff, more info under Calabaza than under Spanish Pumpkin ... tho' basically most of the inf seems to basically say, "It's the yellow squash that it looks like, but big." :-)
